About My Home Physio

After working in aged care and seeing many patients struggle to get to appointments, we thought there has to be a better way! We decided to take the stress out of physio appointments by bringing the physio to you. We can complete a comprehensive assessment and treatment in the comfort of your own home. Our in home physiotherapy service is available throughout South Australia.

At My Home Physio we take the time to listen to your concerns and help you to develop achievable goals. After a thorough assessment we will provide you with a treatment plan that may include a combination of hands on / manual therapies as well as exercises to improve your strength and resilience. Our holistic approach will get you better faster and with long term results.

It's our mission to get to the root of your pain and treat the cause rather than the symptoms. We will help you to be actively involved in your treatment and reduce your reliance on physiotherapy over time.

We are passionate about providing the best care possible and continue to develop our practice based on the current best evidence.
